At The Inclusion Way, the community is our classroom. We partner with organizations and local groups across Northern California to provide rich, hands-on learning experiences that cultivate independence and inspire personal growth. Our curriculum fuses adventure with purpose—every outing, interaction, and challenge is a chance to grow stronger and more self-reliant.
We serve adults aged 18 and over, welcoming them into a dynamic network where learning is lived, not lectured. We balance exposure to novel experiences with practical skill-building modules that promote autonomy and prepare our members for everyday success.
