The Inclusion Way is a company that is dedicated to integrating adults with disabilities into their community. As a person-centered organization, we prioritize the individual and build upon their existing skills to help them achieve their goals, no matter how challenging they may seem. Our members learn and grow in community spaces where they feel safe to make mistakes and learn from them. 

We offer exciting opportunities for our members to participate in activities like jet skiing in Tahoe during the summer and skiing in the winter. We work with groups all over Northern California to provide real-life experiences that allow our members to discover their full potential and capabilities. Our program is open to adults aged 18 and above. We balance exposure to new experiences with experiential learning modules that offer enriching life skills to promote independence. Our classroom is the community itself.

Community integration is crucial, especially for those with disabilities, as they are often overlooked. These individuals have many of the same interests as anyone else and deserve to be seen. Getting them connected to their community teaches confidence and leadership.
