Hand-on Learning Experiences Inspire Personal Growth

Our curriculum blends adventure with purpose, offering novel experiences alongside practical skill-building modules that promote autonomy and prepare you for everyday success. Together, we challenge the marginalization that you often experience when others see your disabilities over your abilities.

We Offer Support Instead of Care

Support focuses on empowering you to do something for yourself and live independently.

Care is doing things for you (e.g., feeding, bathing, and preparing meals).

Why True Inclusion Matters

Far too often, our members are marginalized or underestimated. But when you look beyond the label, you see people with aspirations, interests, and talents—people who want to be heard, involved, and empowered.

We are a Direct Service Organization

We’re a small but passionate team, dedicated to empowering our members through truly inclusive services. Working here doesn’t feel like a job; it’s a shared journey where each team member is empowered to help empower our members.

ALL MEANS ALL

We don’t have to earn the right to be included – we are all born as equal citizens and part of a community. All means all. Everyone capable of breathing, even if breathing requires support, is entitled to be included – no one is too difficult, too old, too poor or too disabled to qualify.
